SHIPPING
Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Once an order is placed, we cannot make any modifications. This includes adding or removing items, changing the shipping address, or altering the shipping method.
Alvin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for items ordered by mistake.

We offer shipping primarly through USPS and FedEx, though we may use other carriers. Rates are based on weight, size and destination. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin islands. When shipping to a PO Box only USPS is available.
We also ship to many countries outside of the U.S. For international orders, you may be charged custom fees for delivery in your country—this may be your country's duties, tariffs, and commercial taxes. We cannot mark purchases as gifts and are not responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please note that we ship from Utah, U.S. and have limited order tracking visibility once packages enter a foreign country. In certain situations, packages can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered and we are not responsible for delays once the order ships.
For B2B customers: Similar shipping terms will apply, but we do not ship B2B orders directly to countries outside of the U.S. We will only ship to a freight forwarder in the U.S. that will need to be agreed upon before fulfilling the order. For more information, contact sales@ascendantbrands.com.
The following terms apply to authorized B2B customers:
- MOQ = $250
- Orders between $250-$499.99 will be required to pay 100% of freight charges
- Orders over $500+ will receive free shipping
